Amy received her Masters of Public Health degree from UNCG in Community Health Education. She has worked in various settings as a health educator and wellness coach. She finds it rewarding to work with individuals on their journey to reach their health goals. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs. In her spare time she also likes to cook, do home projects and spend time outdoors.
