Medical weight loss
Our Charlotte weight loss program is built on your biology, not a crash diet or a shot alone. We measure your resting metabolic rate, run a full hormone and metabolic lab panel, and pair you with a one-on-one coach at every visit.
Your plan covers nutrition, protein and strength targets that protect muscle, sleep and stress, and GLP-1 medication when it's right for you. As your weight comes down, we retest and adjust so the results hold.
In a 2025 study of Blue Sky MD patients, the combined program averaged about 13% body-weight loss in 12 weeks. Individual results vary.
GLP-1 medication
We prescribe and monitor semaglutide (Wegovy®, Ozempic® and compounded options) and tirzepatide (Zepbound®, Mounjaro®) as part of a full medical weight loss plan, not as a standalone prescription.
Our Charlotte providers start low, adjust your dose over time and track your labs and body composition, so you lose fat while protecting muscle. If you've tried a GLP-1 elsewhere and stalled or had side effects, we'll look at why.
Self-pay semaglutide starts at $40 a week, and tirzepatide starts at $60 a week if you medically qualify. Visits and labs are usually billed to insurance.
For women
Hot flashes, poor sleep, weight gain, brain fog and low libido during perimenopause and menopause are treatable. Our Charlotte HRT program uses comprehensive labs to see what's happening with estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and thyroid.
From there we build a bioidentical hormone plan around your results, using pellets, transdermal or oral options, with follow-up testing to keep you in your optimal range. Many women combine HRT with their weight loss plan for better results on both.
For men
Low energy, low drive, lost muscle and stubborn belly fat can all be signs of low testosterone. Our Charlotte TRT program starts with a full hormone and metabolic panel, including total and free testosterone, SHBG and estradiol, not a single testosterone number.
You'll review your results in person with a provider. If TRT is right for you, we monitor your levels at your Charlotte clinic and adjust your plan over time, alongside nutrition and strength guidance that supports your results.
