Caitlin was born and raised in North Carolina, and moved to Greensboro to pursue her degree in Exercise Science. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer for the past 6 years. She has a passion for helping others become the healthiest they can be through nutrition and exercise, which led her to a career with Blue Sky MD. In her free time she loves to hang out with her daughter, husband, and two dogs. She also likes to build furniture and tackle DIY projects.
