Denise is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach graduate. She has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for 13 years. Denise loves to motivate patients and watch them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Denise grew up in upstate New York and attended North Country Community College. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 8 year old daughter along with her large extended family. Denise also enjoys hiking, paddle boarding and yoga.
