Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degrees in both Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of Central Florida. From a background of personal training and athletic conditioning, she has a decade of experience coaching individuals of all fitness levels to reach their goals through proper diet and exercise. Her greatest fulfillment is helping others succeed and find the joy in healthy living. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, concert-going, brewery-exploring (in moderation!) and spending time with her family and friends.
