We run an advanced hormone and metabolic lab panel and resting metabolic rate testing to measure exactly how your body is working, including your hormones, thyroid, metabolism, and the markers most programs never look at.

For most people, the consultation is the first time anyone has connected the dots. You’ll start by sitting down in person, in North Charlotte, with a Blue Sky MD provider. We’ll go through your lab results together, in plain language.

Our physician-led medical weight loss program combines comprehensive testing, nutrition and one-on-one coaching, and GLP-1 medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide; Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®) as one tool inside the plan if it’s right for you.
In a 2025 study of 559 Blue Sky MD patients, the combined program produced an average of ~13% body-weight loss in 12 weeks. That’s almost more than double the results from medication alone. (Individual results vary.)
