Because our program is customized for each patient, the length of the Blue Sky MD program is different for each individual and depends on goal and patient commitment levels. We recommend patients continue the program until they have reached their goal weight—and beyond, if additional support is desired.

The Blue Sky MD program includes weekly in-person meetings with a Wellness Coach, checkups with a medical provider, full access to our mobile app, and weight loss medication prescribed by our doctors (if deemed appropriate).
The Blue Sky MD app also provides a direct line of communication between patients and wellness coaches for daily support between visits. The app also includes food journaling, recipes, activity tracking, and more.
