Rachel earned her master’s degree in Health Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is passionate about promoting health in her community through education, skill development and disease prevention. Rachel has worked in a variety of health settings, helping people understand and address the biological, psychological and social influences on their health to make lasting lifestyle and behavior changes. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, reading and spending time outside.
