Mercedes earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Western Carolina University and has spent the past three years helping patients create lasting, meaningful changes in their health. She’s passionate about empowering others to take control of their wellness journey and discover confidence through balance and sustainability. When she’s not working with patients, Mercedes enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
