Ian Welliver is a seasoned PA from Western North Carolina sensitive to the needs of patients. He appreciates kindness, mutual respect, and has a full appreciation of the human condition. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University in 1993 with a BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. He went to PA school and graduated from Wake Forest University Physician Assistant Program in 1998 and has worked in WNC since 1998. He has done research at the Bowman Gray Orthopedic Research Lab and functioned as a CNA at WNC Baptist Hospitals Emergency Department prior to his acceptance to PA school. “I am honored to be a part of the Lamond MD Practice Community.
