Elizabeth attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She comes from a background in personal training and stretch therapy. Elizabeth enjoys working with patients to learn healthy lifestyle changes in order to reach their goals. In her free time she enjoys working out, being outside and spending time with her husband.
