Olivia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human and Health Sciences with a focus on Kinesiology from UNC-Greensboro, and is a certified health coach through Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. She is passionate about empowering others through positive thinking and motivation, helping them realize their full potential. In her free time, she enjoying relaxing at the lake, trying out different food locations and hanging with friends.
