Michelle is a Master Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, embracing a holistic approach to Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. In addition to her core certification, she holds specialized credentials in coaching families, pre- and postnatal mothers, adults and seniors, and women navigating menopause. Through her coaching practice, she has had the privilege of supporting clients through various life stages, helping them cultivate sustainable wellness, balance, and confidence.
As a retired educator and administrator, Michelle has dedicated her career to mentorship, personal growth, and empowering others. She brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to coaching, guiding individuals toward meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of coaching, Michelle enjoys hiking, watercolor painting, yoga, exploring new healthy recipes, listening to live music, and spending time with her dogs.
