Jennifer is a native North Carolinian. She graduated from ECU and GTCC in Family and Community Services and Registered Nursing, respectively. She has worked in neonatal ICU, pediatrics, mother baby, cardiopulmonary, infection prevention, and the E.R.
She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a certification in Family Primary Care from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has worked in primary care, integrative medicine, and psychiatry.
Her outside interests include hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and tennis. She also enjoys traveling and playing the guitar and piano. She also loves spending time with family, friends, and her church family.
