Cherie is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) graduate. She has spent the last several years empowering clients to build the healthy lifestyle they imagine for themselves, with the primary focus being weight loss. On her own personal journey with food sensitivities and hormonal changes, she discovered how a healthy diet and exercise would become the game changer for renewed energy, leading her to the wellness field. Prior to this, Cherie worked for over a decade supporting a nonprofit organization at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center focused on the delicate topic of child sexual abuse and sexual assault. In her free time, Cherie enjoys writing, photography, kayaking, surfing and hiking in nature. Her favorite animals are rescues.
